Biography

Deva Marie appreciates young actors’ creative spirits and the courage it takes to be on stage. She takes a whole hearted approach in her teaching style, taking time to get to know her actors and how to make them shine and connect with their audience.

Deva Marie has an accomplished professional career with over 15 years experience in stage screen and voiceover work.

CKP Helped Me Find My Voice

CKP has helped me find my voice. I am more confident speaking in public, and I now look people in the eye when I talk to them. The staff encourages me to be bold and try new things, and not be afraid to make mistakes when I develop a character. My first play I whispered my lines where no one could hear me, and I wanted to hide in the background. Now you can definitely see and hear me! It has helped me with presence and how I talk to people. I am so grateful for CKP. Without them life would be harder.
